How it works

Fill in the form
The school name and one contact is all we need. No student data is requested at any point.

You get two codes
One for teachers, granting the Classroom plan, and one for students, granting Premium. Each with a set number of seats.

Everyone redeems their own
Teachers and students create their own account and enter the code on their profile page. The plan activates immediately.
Data protection
The school hands over no lists and no student personal data. Each participant creates their own account and redeems the code, so GMT is not the school's processor and there is no data-processing agreement to negotiate — usually the slowest step in this kind of process.
We never email passwords; everyone sets their own. Any account's data is deleted at the request of the person it belongs to. If you would rather the school created the accounts from a list, that works too: in that case we sign a data-processing agreement, adapted to the rules that apply where your school is, before receiving any data.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a trial?
No. Access covers a full school year, not a few weeks.
Any hidden costs or automatic renewal?
No. We never ask for payment details, and nothing renews automatically at the end of the year.
What happens when the academic year ends?
We warn you well before access ends, and nobody loses saved work. The school then decides whether to continue.
Can we start with a single class?
Yes. Many teachers prefer to try one class before involving the whole school.
Is this only for schools in Portugal?
No. Any school can join, anywhere. The platform is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, and we support schools in Portuguese, Spanish and English — if your school works in another language, we will tell you honestly what we can keep up with.
Do students need to install anything?
No. GMT runs in the browser, on any school computer or at home.
What if the school has no institutional email for students?
Not a problem: each student uses whichever address they prefer, since they create the account themselves. If you would rather restrict redemption to the school's domain, we can configure that too.
